Payments & Deposits

• All payments received by us prior to the date of your trip are considered by us to be deposits and thus your payments are not “invoiced” by us until the earlier of the date of your trip or the date upon which some portion of your payment is considered by us to be non-refundable.
• We accept Interac, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
• Phone/In person reservations can be made at any time prior to the trip.
• Online reservations can be made until the day before your trip.

• A minimum of a $50 non refundable deposit per person is required to confirm your reservation for Kicking Horse Trips
• 14 days cancellation notice required or full payment will be charged.
• 1 month cancellation notice required for groups of 24 people or more and on stay and play packages.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel trips due to water levels (too high or too low), weather, insufficient number of guests or unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be made for these reasons.

Responsibility

GLACIER RAFT COMPANY assumes no responsibility whatsoever for death, injury or damage to person (paying or non-paying guest, visitor or otherwise) or to personal or real property (including yours and other’s vehicles), however caused, in connection with any service that we may provide. Guests are required to sign a waiver prior to their trip.  Changes in itinerary may be made where we, in our sole discretion, deem it to be advisable for the comfort, safety or well being of our guests, non-guests, visitors guides and other staff. We recommend the purchase of an inexpensive travel insurance plan including accident, baggage loss and trip cancellation coverage.
